Use of University Letterhead and Stationery Procedure

Purpose

The purpose of this procedure is to outline the guidelines when using the university letterhead and stationery.

This is an institution-wide procedure, affecting all members of the University.

Compliance/Policy Statement

The Parami University letterhead and stationery must be used in all official correspondence. The stationery set includes letterhead and business cards.

Any member of the University may use the university letterhead with the prior approval from the Office of the University Communications and Public Relations. No one, other than a member of the University may use the letterhead. An electronic letterhead may be requested from the Office of the University Communications and Public Relations. No one may crop university logos or symbols from the letterhead to use in any other occasion. If a member of the University wishes to use them, they must request prior authorization from the Office of the University Communication and Public Relations.

All academic and administrative staff must use university-approved business cards during official in-person communications. They may request an electronic file of their business cards from the Office of the University Communications and Public Relations. They may print it on their own with prior authorization and get it reimbursed with a proper receipt from the University. No one shall design university business cards on their own.

Review

The Office of Institutional Advancement is responsible for ensuring compliance with this procedure in various offices of the University.
