Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to describe Parami University’s regulations regarding participation in its Graduation Ceremony.
Scope
This is an academic policy that applies to all Undergraduate students of the University.

Policy Statement
The Parami University Graduation Ceremony celebrates the accomplishments and hard work of students and the symbolic completion of their degrees. Participation in Parami University’s graduation ceremony does not mean that all students have completed their degrees or that they will complete their degrees. Students will be awarded their degrees only when all requirements are completed.
Students who have completed all degree requirements are eligible to participate in the ceremony. Also, students who are within eight (8) credits of the completion of their degree requirements may participate, with the approval of the Dean.
Review
The Academic Department is responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy in various offices of the University.
